The Yuwell YH-560 auto CPAP is an automatic positive airway pressure device for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea. It is intended for adult patients diagnosed through a sleep study and prescribed CPAP therapy, for nightly use at home and for titration in sleep laboratories and respiratory clinics.
Worn with a nasal or full-face mask, the device adjusts the delivered pressure breath by breath within the range set by the clinician, keeping the upper airway open during sleep. Auto-adjusting pressure helps patients tolerate therapy at lower average pressures than fixed CPAP. Pressure settings must be prescribed and reviewed by a sleep physician; masks are ordered separately.

These terms apply to the supply of Yuwell Auto CPAP YH-560 (SKU EHM-1115), a respiratory care device supplied by MedyMar, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. They supplement our store-wide Shipping and Returns policies.
Pricing & quotations
Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Applicable VAT, import duties and destination charges are confirmed on your quotation or at checkout for your delivery location. Quotations carry a reference number and a validity window; volume, tender and project pricing is available on request.
Ordering & payment
Online orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer or card before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed on an approved corporate account, which may order against a purchase order referencing the quotation number.
Delivery
Lead time and freight for this item are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation for Oman & the GCC, Rwanda and East Africa. CIF, EXW and DDP terms are quoted per destination and risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer is responsible for any import permit or product registration required in the destination country. Mains-powered equipment is supplied for the voltage and plug type stated on the quotation.
Returns & cancellations
- Equipment that arrives damaged or fails on first use must be reported within 48 hours of delivery; we arrange replacement or credit.
- Unused equipment in sealed original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery; units that have been run, filled or connected to a patient are not returnable except for defects.
- Patient-contact consumables (masks, cannulae, tubing, filters, humidifier bottles) are non-returnable once opened.
Warranty
This item carries the original manufacturer's warranty, typically 12–24 months; the period that applies to this item is stated on your quotation or invoice. MedyMar manages warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf. The warranty excludes consumables and wear parts, physical damage, liquid ingress, use outside the manufacturer's instructions and unauthorised repair.
Use & regulatory
Respiratory devices are supplied for use as prescribed or instructed by a qualified clinician; settings such as flow rate or pressure must follow that instruction. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute is first addressed with your MedyMar account manager; unresolved matters fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat.
