How committee quoting works

1. Share your requirement. Send us your item list or tender reference, quantities and submission deadline.
2. Receive a firm quote. We return unit prices, landed shipping and a delivery commitment on a single, committee-ready document in your market's official language.
3. Get the paperwork. Registrations, certificates and company documents are compiled into a tender file for your procurement team.
4. Order on terms. Approved institutions purchase on PO and credit terms with full VAT documentation.
