MedyMar Returns & Warranty Policy

Because MedyMar supplies sterile, single-use and implantable medical devices, our returns policy is designed to protect patient safety and product traceability while treating our clinical partners fairly.

Sterile & single-use items

For patient-safety reasons, sterile and single-use products cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened or the sterile barrier compromised. Unopened, undamaged sterile stock may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to lot verification.

Damaged, defective or short-shipped orders

If any item arrives damaged, defective or missing from your shipment, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full credit at no cost to you.

Cold-chain & temperature-sensitive products

Cold-chain items are shipped with monitored packaging. If a temperature excursion is indicated on arrival, do not use the product — contact us immediately and we will replace the affected units.

Implants & custom-specified devices

Implants and devices made to individual specification are non-returnable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

Manufacturer warranty

Equipment and durable devices carry the original manufacturer's warranty (typically 12–24 months). We manage warranty claims on your behalf directly with the certified manufacturer.

How to start a return or claim

Contact your account manager or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Our team responds within one business day to authorise the return and arrange collection or replacement.
