Pricing & quotations

Ordering & payment
Online orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer or card before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed on an approved corporate account, which may order against a purchase order referencing the quotation number.
Delivery
Lead time and freight for this item are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation for Oman & the GCC, Rwanda and East Africa. CIF, EXW and DDP terms are quoted per destination and risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. Returns & cancellations
- Report damaged, defective or short-shipped deliveries within 48 hours of delivery with photographs; we replace or credit at no cost.
- Unused items in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
- Items in contact with skin or body fluids cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
Warranty
Consumables are covered against manufacturing defects and are supplied with the shelf life stated on the pack. No further warranty applies once a pack has been opened or used.
