The bottle is held in position by the user or carer, used, then emptied, rinsed and left to dry ready for the next use. Its large 2000 ml capacity reduces the frequency of emptying overnight, and the handle gives a secure grip for users with reduced strength. It is washable and reusable and can be cleaned with warm soapy water or a suitable disinfectant solution.

Pricing & quotations
Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Applicable VAT, import duties and destination charges are confirmed on your quotation or at checkout for your delivery location. Quotations carry a reference number and a validity window; volume, tender and project pricing is available on request.
Ordering & payment
Online orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer or card before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed on an approved corporate account, which may order against a purchase order referencing the quotation number.
Delivery
Lead time and freight for this item are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation for Oman & the GCC, Rwanda and East Africa. CIF, EXW and DDP terms are quoted per destination and risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer is responsible for any import permit or product registration required in the destination country.
Returns & cancellations
- For hygiene reasons this product cannot be returned once the outer packaging has been opened.
- Unopened, undamaged packs may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
- Damaged, defective or short-shipped deliveries must be reported within 48 hours with photographs of the product and packaging; we replace or credit at no cost.
Warranty
Consumables are covered against manufacturing defects and are supplied with the shelf life stated on the pack. No further warranty applies once a pack has been opened or used.
