Tony Acupuncture Needles are sterile, single-use filiform needles for acupuncture and dry-needling treatment. They are intended for licensed acupuncturists, physiotherapists and physicians practising in clinics, rehabilitation centres and hospital pain services.
Each needle is removed from its sterile packaging immediately before insertion at the selected point, manipulated as required and discarded into sharps waste after the session; needles are never reused between patients or re-sterilised. A fine, smooth shaft and a well-finished tip allow comfortable insertion with minimal sensation. Treatment with acupuncture needles should be carried out only by trained, appropriately qualified practitioners.

These terms apply to the supply of Tony Acupuncture Needles (SKU EHM-1039), a sterile or single-use medical consumable supplied by MedyMar, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. They supplement our store-wide Shipping and Returns policies.
Pricing & quotations
Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Applicable VAT, import duties and destination charges are confirmed on your quotation or at checkout for your delivery location. Quotations carry a reference number and a validity window; volume, tender and project pricing is available on request.
Ordering & payment
Online orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer or card before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed on an approved corporate account, which may order against a purchase order referencing the quotation number.
Delivery
Lead time and freight for this item are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation for Oman & the GCC, Rwanda and East Africa. CIF, EXW and DDP terms are quoted per destination and risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer is responsible for any import permit or product registration required in the destination country.
Returns & cancellations
- Sterile and single-use items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or the sterile barrier compromised.
- Unopened stock may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to lot verification and intact packaging.
- Check expiry dates and seals on receipt; report any damage, defect or shortage within 48 hours with photographs.
Warranty
Consumables are covered against manufacturing defects and are supplied with the shelf life stated on the pack. No further warranty applies once a pack has been opened or used.
Use & regulatory
Single-use items must not be reprocessed or reused; dispose of according to local clinical-waste rules. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute is first addressed with your MedyMar account manager; unresolved matters fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat.
