The Rigid Cervical Collar is a firm neck orthosis with a rigid shell and padded lining that restricts flexion, extension and rotation of the cervical spine. It is intended for adults requiring firm neck immobilisation after injury, during transport or following spinal surgery, and is used in emergency departments, ambulances and orthopaedic and spinal units.
The collar is fitted by a trained clinician so that the chin rests in the chin support and the shell bears on the shoulders and sternum, holding the head in a neutral position. The padded lining protects the skin during extended wear and the adjustable fastening allows a secure fit. Because of its clinical role, this collar must be sized, applied and reviewed by a healthcare professional.

Pricing & quotations
Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Applicable VAT, import duties and destination charges are confirmed on your quotation or at checkout for your delivery location. Quotations carry a reference number and a validity window; volume, tender and project pricing is available on request.
Ordering & payment
Online orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer or card before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed on an approved corporate account, which may order against a purchase order referencing the quotation number.
Delivery
Lead time and freight for this item are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation for Oman & the GCC, Rwanda and East Africa. CIF, EXW and DDP terms are quoted per destination and risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer is responsible for any import permit or product registration required in the destination country.
Returns & cancellations
- A size exchange is available within 14 days of delivery for supports that are unworn, with tags attached and packaging intact.
- Supports that have been worn against the skin cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
- Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery with photographs; we replace or credit at no cost.
Warranty
Consumables are covered against manufacturing defects and are supplied with the shelf life stated on the pack. No further warranty applies once a pack has been opened or used.

Governing law
