The underpad is positioned with the absorbent surface facing the patient and replaced when wet or soiled. Its absorbent layer pulls fluid away from the skin and holds it in the core, while the fluid-proof backing prevents leakage onto the mattress or upholstery. Underpads also provide a clean, disposable working surface for dressing changes, catheter care and personal hygiene routines.

These terms apply to the supply of Sanita Elegance Disposable Underpads (SKU EHM-0913), a hygiene consumable supplied by MedyMar, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. They supplement our store-wide Shipping and Returns policies.
Pricing & quotations
Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Applicable VAT, import duties and destination charges are confirmed on your quotation or at checkout for your delivery location. Quotations carry a reference number and a validity window; volume, tender and project pricing is available on request.
Ordering & payment
Online orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer or card before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed on an approved corporate account, which may order against a purchase order referencing the quotation number.
Delivery
Lead time and freight for this item are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation for Oman & the GCC, Rwanda and East Africa. CIF, EXW and DDP terms are quoted per destination and risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer is responsible for any import permit or product registration required in the destination country.
Returns & cancellations
- For hygiene reasons this product cannot be returned once the outer packaging has been opened.
- Unopened, undamaged packs may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
- Damaged, defective or short-shipped deliveries must be reported within 48 hours with photographs of the product and packaging; we replace or credit at no cost.
Warranty
Consumables are covered against manufacturing defects and are supplied with the shelf life stated on the pack. No further warranty applies once a pack has been opened or used.
