Pricing & quotations
Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Applicable VAT, import duties and destination charges are confirmed on your quotation or at checkout for your delivery location. Quotations carry a reference number and a validity window; volume, tender and project pricing is available on request.
Ordering & payment
Online orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer or card before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed on an approved corporate account, which may order against a purchase order referencing the quotation number.
Delivery
Lead time and freight for this item are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation for Oman & the GCC, Rwanda and East Africa. CIF, EXW and DDP terms are quoted per destination and risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer is responsible for any import permit or product registration required in the destination country. Returns & cancellations
- Transit damage, missing parts or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs; we arrange parts, replacement or credit.
- Items that have been assembled, adjusted or used are not returnable except under warranty; unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery at the buyer's freight cost.
- Products configured or sized to an individual user cannot be cancelled once in production or returned unless defective.
Warranty
