The Pronto Hot and Cold Pack is a reusable gel pack designed for both cold and heat therapy. It is used in homes, schools, sports clubs, clinics and first-aid rooms to manage sprains, bruises, bumps and swelling, and to soothe muscular stiffness, cramps and joint aches when warmed.
Chill the pack in the freezer and apply it, wrapped in a cloth, to the injured area for short periods to reduce swelling and discomfort. Alternatively, warm the pack as instructed and apply it to tight muscles or cramping areas. The soft gel stays flexible when cold, so the pack conforms to the ankle, knee, shoulder or back.

These terms apply to the supply of Pronto Hot and Cold Gel Pack (SKU EHM-0898), an orthopaedic support supplied by MedyMar, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. They supplement our store-wide Shipping and Returns policies.
Pricing & quotations
Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Applicable VAT, import duties and destination charges are confirmed on your quotation or at checkout for your delivery location. Quotations carry a reference number and a validity window; volume, tender and project pricing is available on request.
Ordering & payment
Online orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer or card before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed on an approved corporate account, which may order against a purchase order referencing the quotation number.
Delivery
Lead time and freight for this item are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation for Oman & the GCC, Rwanda and East Africa. CIF, EXW and DDP terms are quoted per destination and risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer is responsible for any import permit or product registration required in the destination country.
Returns & cancellations
- A size exchange is available within 14 days of delivery for supports that are unworn, with tags attached and packaging intact.
- Supports that have been worn against the skin cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
- Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery with photographs; we replace or credit at no cost.
Warranty
Consumables are covered against manufacturing defects and are supplied with the shelf life stated on the pack. No further warranty applies once a pack has been opened or used.
Use & regulatory
Supports and braces should be fitted and worn as advised by a clinician or physiotherapist. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute is first addressed with your MedyMar account manager; unresolved matters fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat.
