The Max Top Massage Hammer is a handheld electric massager with two massage heads and far-infrared heat, designed to work on both sides of the spine or on larger muscle groups at the same time. Hold the handle, switch on and place the twin heads over the muscle, moving the device slowly along the back or limb while the tapping action and infrared warmth loosen the tissue. These terms apply to the supply of Max Top Double Head Far Infrared Massage Hammer (SKU EHM-0680), an electrical home-therapy device supplied by MedyMar, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. They supplement our store-wide Shipping and Returns policies.
Pricing & quotations
Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Applicable VAT, import duties and destination charges are confirmed on your quotation or at checkout for your delivery location. Quotations carry a reference number and a validity window; volume, tender and project pricing is available on request.
Ordering & payment
Online orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer or card before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed on an approved corporate account, which may order against a purchase order referencing the quotation number.
Delivery
Lead time and freight for this item are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation for Oman & the GCC, Rwanda and East Africa. CIF, EXW and DDP terms are quoted per destination and risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer is responsible for any import permit or product registration required in the destination country. Mains-powered equipment is supplied for the voltage and plug type stated on the quotation.
Returns & cancellations
- A device that arrives damaged or fails on first use must be reported within 48 hours of delivery; we arrange replacement or credit.
- Unused devices in sealed original packaging with all accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Body-contact attachments and accessories are excluded once used, for hygiene reasons.
Warranty
This item carries the original manufacturer's warranty, typically 12–24 months; the period that applies to this item is stated on your quotation or invoice. MedyMar manages warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf. The warranty excludes consumables and wear parts, physical damage, liquid ingress, use outside the manufacturer's instructions and unauthorised repair.
