The Orthopaedic Knee Pillow is a contoured foam pillow placed between the knees to keep the hips, pelvis and spine aligned while lying on the side. It is intended for adults with lower-back or hip pain, pregnant users and patients recovering from hip or knee surgery, and is used at home and in residential care.
The pillow is positioned between the knees or lower thighs when the user lies on their side, preventing the upper leg from dropping forward and rotating the pelvis. This reduces strain on the lumbar spine, hips and knees and helps the user rest more comfortably through the night. It may also be placed beneath the knees when lying on the back to ease lower-back tension.

These terms apply to the supply of Orthopaedic Knee Pillow (SKU EHM-0632), an orthopaedic support supplied by MedyMar, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. They supplement our store-wide Shipping and Returns policies.
Pricing & quotations
Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Applicable VAT, import duties and destination charges are confirmed on your quotation or at checkout for your delivery location. Quotations carry a reference number and a validity window; volume, tender and project pricing is available on request.
Ordering & payment
Online orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer or card before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed on an approved corporate account, which may order against a purchase order referencing the quotation number.
Delivery
Lead time and freight for this item are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation for Oman & the GCC, Rwanda and East Africa. CIF, EXW and DDP terms are quoted per destination and risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer is responsible for any import permit or product registration required in the destination country.
Returns & cancellations
- A size exchange is available within 14 days of delivery for supports that are unworn, with tags attached and packaging intact.
- Supports that have been worn against the skin cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
- Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery with photographs; we replace or credit at no cost.
Warranty
Consumables are covered against manufacturing defects and are supplied with the shelf life stated on the pack. No further warranty applies once a pack has been opened or used.

Governing law
