The Granzia Kashionella Medical Air Cushion is an inflatable seat cushion that spreads body weight across a bed of air to reduce pressure on the sitting area. It is intended for wheelchair users, people who sit for long periods and patients recovering from surgery, and is used at home, in hospitals and on wheelchairs and office chairs.
The cushion is inflated to the firmness the user finds comfortable and placed on the seat, where the air chamber adapts to the body and relieves concentrated pressure over the buttocks and tailbone. It is light to carry and deflates flat for travel. For users at risk of pressure injury it should be used as part of a care plan agreed with a healthcare professional.

Pricing & quotations
Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Applicable VAT, import duties and destination charges are confirmed on your quotation or at checkout for your delivery location. Quotations carry a reference number and a validity window; volume, tender and project pricing is available on request.
Ordering & payment
Online orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer or card before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed on an approved corporate account, which may order against a purchase order referencing the quotation number.
Delivery
Lead time and freight for this item are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation for Oman & the GCC, Rwanda and East Africa. CIF, EXW and DDP terms are quoted per destination and risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer is responsible for any import permit or product registration required in the destination country.
Returns & cancellations
- A size exchange is available within 14 days of delivery for supports that are unworn, with tags attached and packaging intact.
- Supports that have been worn against the skin cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
- Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery with photographs; we replace or credit at no cost.
Warranty
Consumables are covered against manufacturing defects and are supplied with the shelf life stated on the pack. No further warranty applies once a pack has been opened or used.

Supports and braces should be fitted and worn as advised by a clinician or physiotherapist. Governing law
