The Circular Two-Pin Lamp Holder is a round replacement socket for two-pin (bi-pin) halogen bulbs used in medical examination lamps, surgical lights and instrument illuminators. It is intended for biomedical engineers and clinic maintenance staff who need to renew a holder whose contacts have loosened, scorched or failed after repeated bulb changes.
With the equipment isolated from the mains, the old holder is removed from the lamp head, the new holder is connected to the supply leads and secured in position, and the bulb is then pressed into its contacts. A sound holder gives firm, low-resistance contact with the bulb pins, preventing flicker and overheating and extending the life of each bulb fitted to it.

Pricing & quotations

Ordering & payment

Delivery

Returns & cancellations
- Lamps and bulbs are fragile: inspect on arrival and report breakage or defects within 48 hours of delivery with photographs; we replace at no cost.
- Unused bulbs in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Bulbs that have been fitted or powered are not returnable except for early failure covered by the manufacturer.
Warranty
Bulbs and lamps are covered against manufacturing defects and premature failure within the manufacturer's stated rating. Failure caused by incorrect voltage, handling with bare hands or use outside the lamp housing is excluded.
Use & regulatory
Replace lamps with the power disconnected and the housing cool; match the voltage, wattage and base exactly.
