The Granzia Extremo Portable Nebulizer is a compact aerosol therapy device that converts liquid medication into a fine mist for inhalation. It is used by adults and children with asthma, COPD, bronchitis and other respiratory conditions at home, in clinics and in pharmacy-led inhalation services.
Medication is placed in the nebuliser cup, the mask or mouthpiece is fitted and the unit is switched on so the patient breathes normally while the aerosol reaches the airways. The portable format makes it practical to keep in a drawer or carry between rooms, and the kit components rinse clean after each session. Dosage and frequency should follow the prescribing physician's instructions.

These terms apply to the supply of Granzia Extremo Portable Nebulizer (SKU EHM-0418), a respiratory care device supplied by MedyMar, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. They supplement our store-wide Shipping and Returns policies.
Pricing & quotations
Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Applicable VAT, import duties and destination charges are confirmed on your quotation or at checkout for your delivery location. Quotations carry a reference number and a validity window; volume, tender and project pricing is available on request.
Ordering & payment
Online orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer or card before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed on an approved corporate account, which may order against a purchase order referencing the quotation number.
Delivery
Lead time and freight for this item are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation for Oman & the GCC, Rwanda and East Africa. CIF, EXW and DDP terms are quoted per destination and risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer is responsible for any import permit or product registration required in the destination country. Mains-powered equipment is supplied for the voltage and plug type stated on the quotation.
Returns & cancellations
- Equipment that arrives damaged or fails on first use must be reported within 48 hours of delivery; we arrange replacement or credit.
- Unused equipment in sealed original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery; units that have been run, filled or connected to a patient are not returnable except for defects.
- Patient-contact consumables (masks, cannulae, tubing, filters, humidifier bottles) are non-returnable once opened.
Warranty
This item carries the original manufacturer's warranty, typically 12–24 months; the period that applies to this item is stated on your quotation or invoice. MedyMar manages warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf. The warranty excludes consumables and wear parts, physical damage, liquid ingress, use outside the manufacturer's instructions and unauthorised repair.

Respiratory devices are supplied for use as prescribed or instructed by a qualified clinician; settings such as flow rate or pressure must follow that instruction. Governing law
