A Medistom drainable colostomy pouch with a 70 mm coupling for two-piece ostomy systems. It is intended for colostomates and ileostomates with loose or frequent output who prefer to empty the pouch rather than change it, and is used in hospital wards, stoma clinics and home care.
The pouch attaches to a 70 mm Medistom base plate and is emptied through the open outlet at its base, which is then closed. Leaving the base plate in place between pouch changes protects the peristomal skin from repeated adhesive removal. Fitting, emptying and changing frequency should be established with a stoma care nurse.

Pricing & quotations
Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Applicable VAT, import duties and destination charges are confirmed on your quotation or at checkout for your delivery location. Quotations carry a reference number and a validity window; volume, tender and project pricing is available on request.
Ordering & payment
Online orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer or card before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed on an approved corporate account, which may order against a purchase order referencing the quotation number.
Delivery
Lead time and freight for this item are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation for Oman & the GCC, Rwanda and East Africa. CIF, EXW and DDP terms are quoted per destination and risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer is responsible for any import permit or product registration required in the destination country.
Returns & cancellations
- Ostomy products are personal hygiene items and cannot be returned once the outer packaging has been opened.
- Unopened boxes may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery if the stoma size or coupling was mis-selected, subject to inspection.
- Report damaged, defective or short-shipped deliveries within 48 hours with photographs; we replace or credit at no cost.
Warranty
Consumables are covered against manufacturing defects and are supplied with the shelf life stated on the pack. No further warranty applies once a pack has been opened or used.
