The device is held a short distance from the centre of the forehead and the measurement button pressed; the reading appears on the digital display within moments. These terms apply to the supply of Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer (SKU EHM-0279), a diagnostic or monitoring device supplied by MedyMar, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. They supplement our store-wide Shipping and Returns policies.
Pricing & quotations
Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Applicable VAT, import duties and destination charges are confirmed on your quotation or at checkout for your delivery location. Quotations carry a reference number and a validity window; volume, tender and project pricing is available on request.
Ordering & payment
Online orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer or card before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed on an approved corporate account, which may order against a purchase order referencing the quotation number.
Delivery
Lead time and freight for this item are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation for Oman & the GCC, Rwanda and East Africa. CIF, EXW and DDP terms are quoted per destination and risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer is responsible for any import permit or product registration required in the destination country. Mains-powered equipment is supplied for the voltage and plug type stated on the quotation.
Returns & cancellations
- A device that arrives damaged or fails on first use must be reported within 48 hours of delivery; we arrange replacement or credit.
- Unused devices in sealed original packaging with all accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Skin-contact accessories such as cuffs, probe covers, mouthpieces and lancets are excluded once used.
Warranty
This item carries the original manufacturer's warranty, typically 12–24 months; the period that applies to this item is stated on your quotation or invoice. MedyMar manages warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf. The warranty excludes consumables and wear parts, physical damage, liquid ingress, use outside the manufacturer's instructions and unauthorised repair.
