These terms apply to the supply of Halogen Bulb 12 V 30 W, Copper Base (SKU EHM-0273), a medical lighting spare part supplied by MedyMar, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. They supplement our store-wide Shipping and Returns policies.

Pricing & quotations

Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Applicable VAT, import duties and destination charges are confirmed on your quotation or at checkout for your delivery location. Quotations carry a reference number and a validity window; volume, tender and project pricing is available on request.

Ordering & payment

Online orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer or card before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed on an approved corporate account, which may order against a purchase order referencing the quotation number.

Delivery

Lead time and freight for this item are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation for Oman & the GCC, Rwanda and East Africa. CIF, EXW and DDP terms are quoted per destination and risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer is responsible for any import permit or product registration required in the destination country.

Returns & cancellations

• Lamps and bulbs are fragile: inspect on arrival and report breakage or defects within 48 hours of delivery with photographs; we replace at no cost.
• Unused bulbs in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Bulbs that have been fitted or powered are not returnable except for early failure covered by the manufacturer.

Warranty

Bulbs and lamps are covered against manufacturing defects and premature failure within the manufacturer's stated rating. Failure caused by incorrect voltage, handling with bare hands or use outside the lamp housing is excluded.

Use & regulatory

Replace lamps with the power disconnected and the housing cool; match the voltage, wattage and base exactly. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute is first addressed with your MedyMar account manager; unresolved matters fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat.

4. Confirm and pay. Pay by bank transfer or card against the proforma invoice, or issue a purchase order quoting the quotation reference on an approved corporate account.
5. Delivery and documents. Your order ships with a delivery note and the lot, batch and country-of-origin record for this item; tracking is shared on dispatch and the delivery date follows our Shipping policy.
