The Underarm Support Walking Frame is a walker fitted with padded underarm (axillary) rests above the handgrips, allowing the user to lean their upper-body weight into the frame rather than through the hands alone. It is intended for patients with weak grip, arm or wrist injuries, or poor trunk control, in rehabilitation units, orthopaedic wards and home care.
The user stands inside the frame with the pads under the arms and the hands on the grips, then advances the walker while stepping. This spreads load across the forearms and chest, so patients who cannot bear weight through their hands can still practise walking. A physiotherapist should set the pad and handle heights and supervise early use.

These terms apply to the supply of Underarm Support Walking Frame (SKU EHM-0203), a mobility and rehabilitation product supplied by MedyMar, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. They supplement our store-wide Shipping and Returns policies.
Pricing & quotations
Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Applicable VAT, import duties and destination charges are confirmed on your quotation or at checkout for your delivery location. Quotations carry a reference number and a validity window; volume, tender and project pricing is available on request.
Ordering & payment
Online orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer or card before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed on an approved corporate account, which may order against a purchase order referencing the quotation number.
Delivery
Lead time and freight for this item are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation for Oman & the GCC, Rwanda and East Africa. CIF, EXW and DDP terms are quoted per destination and risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer is responsible for any import permit or product registration required in the destination country. Bulky items are delivered as freight to the kerb or loading area unless installation has been agreed on the quotation.
Returns & cancellations
- Transit damage, missing parts or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs; we arrange parts, replacement or credit.
- Items that have been assembled, adjusted or used are not returnable except under warranty; unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery at the buyer's freight cost.
- Products configured or sized to an individual user cannot be cancelled once in production or returned unless defective.
Warranty
This item carries the original manufacturer's warranty, typically 12–24 months on frames, mechanisms and electrics; the period that applies to this item is stated on your quotation or invoice. MedyMar manages warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf. Wear parts such as tyres, castors, upholstery, batteries and mattresses are excluded, as are damage from overloading, misuse or unauthorised modification.

Governing law
