Aluminum Ramp 3.05 M

These terms apply to the supply of Aluminium Portable Ramp 3.05 m (SKU EMS-0106), a mobility and rehabilitation product supplied by MedyMar, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. They supplement our store-wide Shipping and Returns policies.

Pricing & quotations

Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Applicable VAT, import duties and destination charges are confirmed on your quotation or at checkout for your delivery location. Quotations carry a reference number and a validity window; volume, tender and project pricing is available on request.

Ordering & payment

Online orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer or card before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed on an approved corporate account, which may order against a purchase order referencing the quotation number.

Delivery

Lead time and freight for this item are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation for Oman & the GCC, Rwanda and East Africa. CIF, EXW and DDP terms are quoted per destination and risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer is responsible for any import permit or product registration required in the destination country. Bulky items are delivered as freight to the kerb or loading area unless installation has been agreed on the quotation.

Returns & cancellations

• Transit damage, missing parts or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs; we arrange parts, replacement or credit.
• Items that have been assembled, adjusted or used are not returnable except under warranty; unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery at the buyer's freight cost.
• Products configured or sized to an individual user cannot be cancelled once in production or returned unless defective.

Warranty

This item carries the original manufacturer's warranty, typically 12–24 months on frames, mechanisms and electrics; the period that applies to this item is stated on your quotation or invoice. MedyMar manages warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf. Wear parts such as tyres, castors, upholstery, batteries and mattresses are excluded, as are damage from overloading, misuse or unauthorised modification.

Use & regulatory

Mobility products must be assembled, adjusted and used within the manufacturer's stated user-weight limit and instructions. Product information on this page is provided for procurement purposes and does not constitute medical advice. Registration, conformity and lot-traceability documents for this item are supplied with your quotation on request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute is first addressed with your MedyMar account manager; unresolved matters fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat.

Aluminium Portable Ramp 3.05 m (SKU EMS-0106) can be ordered online for stock quantities, or quoted for bulk, tender and project supply.

1. Choose your option and quantity. Set the quantity you need; packs and cases are quoted as stated on the quotation. Measure the rise to be bridged and confirm the combined weight of user and wheelchair before ordering.
2. Add to order. For stock quantities use Add to order and check out; prices are shown in OMR and the delivery estimate is confirmed at checkout.
3. Request a quote for bulk or tender supply. Use Request a quote with the SKU, quantity and delivery city or facility; we return firm unit pricing, lead time and the registration documents for this item within one working day.
4. Confirm and pay. Pay by bank transfer or card against the proforma invoice, or issue a purchase order quoting the quotation reference on an approved corporate account.
5. Delivery and documents. Your order ships with a delivery note and the lot, batch and country-of-origin record for this item; tracking is shared on dispatch and the delivery date follows our Shipping policy.

• Confirm the user's weight and, for seated products, the seat width required
• Tell us whether the product is for indoor, outdoor or transport use and whether it must fold for storage
• Large items ship as freight — share delivery access details (lift, stairs, loading dock) and ask about assembly on site
