Do I need an account to get a price?

No. You can build a quote and see firm pricing, shipping and a delivery date as a guest. An account lets you save quotes, reorder quickly and, for institutions, order on terms.

Are your products genuine?

Yes. We source only from certified manufacturers and every product is traceable to its source. See our Authenticity & Traceability policy.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order quantities for clinics and doctors. Distributors order at wholesale volume bands through the Distributor Portal.

How do I pay?

By region: cards, invoice/credit and GCC rails in Oman & the Gulf; MTN MoMo and Airtel Money in Rwanda; M-Pesa and local mobile money in East Africa. Institutions can order on purchase order.

Can I order for a hospital tender?

Yes — our Tender Desk prepares committee-ready quotes and the supporting document file for formal tenders.

How fast is delivery?
